Returns, Refunds & Losses
FTF is dedicated to making a premium product and providing outstanding customer service to its buyers. In the event the product is damaged during shipping, lost, does not meet the specifications advertised by Seller or is defective, the Seller will replace the product. All replacements or refunds are done at the Seller’s option. However, the buyer must pay the cost of returning the product. In the event the buyer does not want a replacement, a refund will be given, in the amount the product was purchased for, if the product is unused. The buyer must notify Seller within seven (7) days of the receipt of the product of damages or defects. After said seven (7) days, Seller is not obligated to replace or refund the product. The buyer has (7) days to return any unwanted product. Unwanted products are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for the return of any exchanged or unwanted products. Special promotions or product purchased with coupon code cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged. Please Email all request for returns, refunds or losses to FTF. After the request is received, Seller will contact the buyer with specific instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund.

Complaints
FTF understands that on occasion, problems might arise. Complaints can be made via Email or phone. It is recommended that all complaints be sent to FTF via Email so they can be on file. The buyer must place the word "Complaint" in the subject line of the Email. After a complaint is received, Seller will contact Buyer by Email or Phone (if a number is provided) to address the Buyers complaint as soon as reasonably practical.
